I will share the plans, but only after I finish and run the boat. That's because I already made some changes while building the tunnel. I will update the drawings according these changes afterwards. And of course I have to make sure it runs well before someone else decides to build one Here's the next update: The complete hull including the sponsons are laminated with 50 grams glass cloth.

The next job is to glue the sponsons to the hull. I took a straight wooden board and aligned the hull on it. With some wooden strips I make sure the sponsons are glued on perfectly perpendicular. It needs some small modifications the brass bearing in the leg has to be replaced but it performs well. The outrunner motor will be the stock kV motor. I prepared the mold for making the cowl. First I sanded the mold as smooth as I could. Then I painted some color on it and finished it Tunnel Hull Flats Boat Plans Edition with some layers of clear coat. Then I applied 5 layers of priming wax and 1 layer of pva releasing film. The I started laminating. So far so good! Hopefully the cowl will release from the mold in the end.

The cowl is released from the mold and it went surprisingly easy. I'm quite happy with the result.
